Namibia
Introduction
A land of parched deserts sitting under impossibly blue skies, vast red sand dunes stretch out as far as the eye can see. At first this inhospitable landscape seems like it can hold no life but the plains abound with game and holidays here come with a sizeable dose of adventure. The thrill of watching the sunset and the sounds of the desert are the stuff that dreams are made of. Breathtaking scenery and an astonishing diversity of wildlife make this one of the most memorable places on earth.
Don't miss:
- Etosha National Park - one of the largest game reserves in Africa;
- The strange and mysterious beauty of the Skeleton Coast;
- The rock art that can be seen throughout the country.
